Areas served

Shipments cover exclusively the European Union and Switzerland.

Dispatch times

All orders are prepared and handed over to the carrier within a maximum of 3 working days after payment confirmation. A confirmation email including a tracking number is sent as soon as the order is dispatched.

Delivery

Standard delivery is free for all orders bound for the European Union and Switzerland. Shipments are entrusted to recognised carriers such as Colissimo, DHL or UPS.

Tracking

The tracking number provided lets you follow the delivery in real time on the carrier's website.

Returns and exchanges

Customers have 15 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return or an exchange. The work must be returned intact, in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Refund

After inspection of the returned work, a full refund, excluding return shipping costs, is issued within a maximum of 14 days, to the original payment method.

Intellectual property

In accordance with Article L.111-3 of the French Intellectual Property Code, the sale of an original artwork transfers ownership of the physical object only. It does not transfer any intellectual property rights in the work. The rights of reproduction, representation and exploitation of the work (including prints, derivative products or any digital or commercial use of its image) remain the exclusive property of the artist's estate. Any reproduction or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited. The buyer may of course display the work privately and resell it.
