Frequently Asked Questions

1. How Can I See A Painting On My Wall Before Buying It?

The simulator lets you do this in two ways: on a photo of your wall, or in augmented reality. In the “Your home” tab, upload a photo taken straight on, set the scale using something of known width (sofa, door), then drag the canvas into place. On a compatible phone or tablet, augmented reality displays it at its real dimensions on your wall; on a computer without a touchscreen, a QR code reopens the same canvas on your phone.

2. How Do I Measure What Size Painting I Need For My Wall?

Measure the width of the piece of furniture or the section of wall that will hold the canvas, then compare it with the artwork's dimensions, given in centimetres, width then height: the simulator makes this comparison visible. In its sample rooms, the “Measures” button draws the canvas's width and height, along with the gap between its lower edge and the top of the sofa, bed or desk. The “Silhouette” button adds a 1.70 m person as a scale reference.
